Fixed Ops Performance Group Information

Ford Performance Groups and Mixed Performance Groups

  • A dedicated, experienced, fixed operations Moderator and Performance Group Meeting Administrator.
  • Each Group comprises Fixed Operations Managers, Dealers, General Managers, Controllers, and Office Managers from different dealerships, regardless of dealership size.
  • Each Group governs itself and decides the meeting location, plan, and topics.
  • Each Group meets twice a year for two days: spring/summer and fall/winter. 
  • Group members receive a custom Agenda outlining the Group's daily schedule and meeting dates. (Please see 'AGENDA SAMPLE' under the 'More' Drop-Down tab.)
  • Group members receive a custom Financial Composite (please see 'COMPOSITE SAMPLE' under the 'More' Drop-Down tab) with industry fixed operations data comparing the Group's statistical performance with one another and the industry (All of our Performance Group's financial information is anonymous!)
  • Group members review their Composite to discuss sales, gross, expenses, and warranty reimbursement to find ways to increase customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, sales, profits, and control expenses.
  • Group members discuss specialized departmental service and parts topics. 
  • Member dealerships are encouraged to formally present a Best Practice at each meeting during our "Best Practice Session." (Best Practices are Spring meetings only.)
  • Group members can access all Best Practices from all MBA 20 Groups nationwide.
  • All Group members are provided with communication information to help members stay in touch with each other in between meetings.
  • All Group members are offered free continuous consultant support from the Moderator throughout the year.
