Our Ford Performance Groups help your Service and Parts Department managers understand financials, work processes, and warranty issues and help resolve their everyday problems.
Who Should Attend?
Although not required, we ask you to bring your counterpart with you; for Service Managers, please bring your Parts Managers; for Parts Managers, please bring your Service Managers.
You may also invite your Dealer*, General Manager*, Controller*, or Office Manager*.
Best Practices
We ask every dealership to bring only ONE Best Practice for the spring meeting. (That's only one per store; you choose who brings it.) If more than one person comes from the same dealership, both may bring different ideas. However, this is NOT required.
*These individuals receive a discount on their fees.
