How can MBA CDJRARF Fixed Operations Performance Groups help Service and Parts Managers better control Service and Parts Operations?
Our CDJRARF Performance Groups help your Service and Parts Department managers understand financials, work processes, and warranty issues and help resolve their everyday problems.
Who Should Attend?
Although not required, we ask you to bring your counterpart with you; for Service Managers, please bring your Parts Managers; for Parts Managers, please bring your Service Managers.
You may also invite your Dealer*, General Manager*, Controller*, or Office Manager*.
Best Practices
We ask every dealership to bring ONE Best Practice for the spring meeting ONLY. (That's only one per store; you choose who brings it.) If more than one person comes from the same dealership, both may bring different ideas. However, this is NOT required.

We do not want you to be confused when you see either 'CDJRARF' (for FCA/Stellantis dealers) or 'MIXED' (from different manufacturers attending the same Fixed Ops Performance Group meeting).
