Each Group is made up of fixed operations managers, general managers, and dealers from different make dealerships from across the country regardless of dealership size
Each Group governs itself and decides the meeting location, agenda, and topics for meetings
Each Group meets for two days, two times per year; spring/summer and fall/winter
Group members receive a custom agenda outlining the Group's schedule over the planned meeting dates (Please see "AGENDA SAMPLE" Tab)
Group members receive a custom monthly financial composite (please see "COMPOSITE SAMPLE" Tab) with industry fixed operations data comparing the group’s performance against one another and the industry
Group members review their composite to discuss staffing, processes, and equipment to find ways to work together to increase customer satisfaction, sales, profits and control expenses
Group members discuss specialized departmental service and parts topics
Member dealerships are encouraged to formally present a Best Practice at each meeting during our "Best Practice Session"
Group members have access to all Best Practices from all MBA 20 Groups around the country
All Group members are provided with communication information to help members stay in touch between meetings
All Group members are provided continuous consultant support from the moderator in between meetings
